Buster, 2016, foster or adoption

Dear Buster was known to us as Duncan when he was a pup in Bucharest. He was adopted at 7 months and was a well loved boy until things changed and he went to live with another family member. All was ok until earlier this year, when we were asked to take him urgently from his home in Manchester.

Buster had been left alone with a six month old baby.  His habit was to ignore the baby but what his adopters think happened was that the baby grabbed his paw. He was apparently not keen on having his feet touched. No one saw what happened but they think Buster may have barked or made a slight grab, but the baby had marks on both side of her head... We understand also that he was crated for the working day too.

Upshot is that Buster now has a  police record and must be muzzled in public. Buster needs his own adult only home, with no visiting small children. His foster mum adores him but he needs his own people. Buster previously lived with another dog. He his starting to be very playful in foster. Buster's fitness is improving. He arrived in foster with poor  muscle tone and soft pads but is loving his running around and walks now. Buster could be an only dog or be rehomed with a doggy pal.

He is a medium sized dog.
