Bernie is in foster nr. Glasgow.  This fab little dog was stuck in a container for more than a year at the hoarding guy down the road.  He is people friendly and has got on well with all his  dog chums so far. 
Bernie would do best in a home with another friendly dog with plenty to do. He is springer size.
