ARLO, heartstealer, is that old fashioned type of Rom dog. He has a longer body set on short legs. Arlo may not be built for speed but he is certainly built for love! Arlo is a perfect example of a Romanian Bitza.
In our earlier days of working in Romania, dogs like Arlo were commonly seen on the street. After the brutal killing law was passed, these precious dogs made easy prey and easy bucks for the dog catchers.
Arlo radiates good feelings. He must have been someone's dog. He walks on the lead, loves his carers and would love to be someone's long-bodied, stumpy-legged dog.  Arlo would love another friendly dog in the home.
