Panda Went Home

Do remember how bad this poor dog was? Panda was dumped in someone's garden in the village last year The woman was too scared to go outside, so Ionut, our young rescuer, went to get her with a lead and walk her the mile or so to the shelter. Panda was a skeleton, pregnant and ill with heartworm. Her ears were cut and her body full of wounds. We treated her heartworm thanks to generous donations. (Heartworm is so common and yet hideously expensive to treat.) Panda sadly lost her pups but she started to thrive. From the very first day we took her in, Panda was loved from afar from Germany. As soon as she was passed as fit by the vet, she packed her bags. Last week she went home ❤️❤️
