Remember this little lad from last week? Noah was wandering around Constanta for a few weeks. He kept getting on the same bus, following a set routine so we can only think that something must have happened to his owner and he's been cast out.
Noah has tested positive for heartworm. This is a nasty parasite which invades the heart and blood vessels. It's treatable but expensive to do so. For a little dog like Noah, the cost is around £300.
