We kind of knew that the lull in catching would be a temporary one. What we didn't realise was that 60 dogs would be brought in last week, in just 48 hours. The public shelter has filled up so fast. Three mums with pups are amongst them and some motherless pups too.
The good news is that we can still take all the dogs that we can manage. Also two dogs have been adopted by local people this weekend, and one man was reunited with his lost dog after Gea recognised one dog from a post on social media.
